About.
As a traditional tax service provider, China Tax Group possesses a solid foundation in offline operations. However, in the digital era, the absence of online services has constrained business expansion and the dissemination of tax law knowledge. Simultaneously, public demand for tax law knowledge continues to grow, yet convenient and authoritative learning channels remain scarce. To align with digital trends, integrate existing legacy services, and better educate users on tax laws, China Tax Group has launched this design initiative. Its goal is to create a fully functional, user-friendly online platform for tax services and legal education, achieving dual objectives: business digital transformation and widespread tax law literacy.

Challenge.
Integrating multiple functions poses significant challenges: The tax app must consolidate diverse features including tax consultation, policy lookup, live training sessions, and tax filing. The key challenge lies in efficiently organizing these functions within limited interface space while ensuring users can quickly locate desired features. Only after multiple rounds of user research and iterative interface sketches could the priority and layout of each functional module be finalized.
Adapting to Diverse User Segments: The user base spans ordinary citizens, professional accountants, tax specialists, and business owners—each with distinct tax service needs and usage habits. Ensuring a seamless experience across all groups requires extensive user research and personalized design adjustments, guaranteeing effortless app navigation for every user.
