About.
With the explosive growth of short-video e-commerce, live streamers, influencers, and brands face challenges such as product selection difficulties, finding suitable collaborators, and navigating industry trends during sales promotions. As a professional institution in the new media data service sector, Kas Data possesses extensive short video data resources. Leveraging the convenience of mini-programs as a platform, we aim to integrate these data resources and provide users with comprehensive data services covering the entire short video e-commerce supply chain. This initiative helps users navigate the short video e-commerce landscape more efficiently, enhancing sales effectiveness and outcomes. Consequently, we have launched the design project for the Kas Sales Advisor (TikTok Edition) mini-program.


Challenge.
Data Visualization Challenges: Presenting vast amounts of complex short-video sales data—such as sales volume, visitor traffic, and influencer metrics—in an intuitive, easily digestible format for users to quickly extract actionable insights. After multiple design iterations, we achieved effective visualization through charts, leaderboards, and clear textual explanations.
Balancing Multiple User Needs: The user base encompasses diverse groups including general users, influencers, and brand merchants, each with distinct requirements and usage scenarios for short-video sales data. To accommodate the user experience across all segments, extensive user research and feature prioritization were conducted to ensure every user can conveniently access the data and services they need.
