About.
Amid the trend toward digital office solutions, businesses increasingly demand online and efficient tax services. Traditional tax service models suffer from issues like delayed information access and cumbersome tax filing processes, struggling to meet enterprises' rapidly evolving tax management needs. To better serve corporate clients, TaxBen has decided to develop a PC-based platform. This platform will integrate tax service resources and streamline tax filing procedures, enabling businesses to handle tax affairs more conveniently and efficiently. Simultaneously, it will help enterprises stay abreast of tax policies and mitigate tax risks.
Challenge.
Balancing Feature Integration and Interface Simplicity: The PC version of TaxBen must integrate numerous tax service functions. A major challenge lies in ensuring comprehensive functionality while maintaining a clean interface and avoiding information overload. Through repeated research into enterprise user needs, prioritizing and categorizing features appropriately, we achieved a good balance between functionality and interface simplicity.
Presenting Complex Tax Content in Accessible Language: Tax regulations and policies are highly specialized. Presenting this content in a way that is easy for enterprise users to understand—regardless of their tax knowledge level—requires careful design and adjustments in textual expression and visual aids.
