During its brand upgrade phase, ZERO aims to showcase its innovative, reliable, and forward-thinking brand identity through a completely revamped website visual and interactive system. This ensures users experience the warmth and power of technology at every moment of their visit.

Challenge.
During the design process, we focused on addressing the comprehension barriers and usability challenges associated with Web3 products. Through analogies, interactive flowcharts, and terminology prompts, we enabled non-technical users to easily grasp complex concepts like public blockchains and smart contracts.
Simultaneously, we struck a balance between security and convenience: by implementing progressive onboarding and multi-factor authentication mechanisms, we ensured the safety of user assets while optimizing the interaction experience. This approach enhanced the system's overall trustworthiness and fluidity.
Result.
Six months after launch, the platform’s ecosystem grew significantly: over 12,000 developers joined, more than 300 DApps were built across finance, social, and content sectors, and user wallet creations exceeded 500,000 — with private key loss rates dropping by 62%, validating the effectiveness of our user-friendly design.
At the same time, the brand’s influence expanded — recognized by Decrypt as the “Best Developer Gateway of the Year”, and chosen as a preferred Web3 partner by several traditional enterprises. The average session duration reached 4 minutes 28 seconds, with 67% engagement on interactive modules like the “Value Simulator” and “Ecosystem Map,” demonstrating how thoughtful design can help users explore and understand complex technologies.
